Learn to say Yes.. but not all the time!

Yes! It’s final test day!

Teachers are working and students are cramming. Today is the second day of the examination week and I can’t wait for the summer break. I bet my students too. May their souls stay in the classroom as their minds wander somewhere. They may feel teachers’ wrath as they flip each pages of the test papers. 😈 (sorry not sorry! 😂 )

Well, this month I’ve heard that most of Thai schools will only give teachers one-week break, during this month. Guess Covid19 effects are still here. Yes! I cannot agree more.

No! We should not let this ongoing crisis halts our passion and energy to pursue whatever things that we always postpone. I, in a guilty mode, have been delaying my progress on everything that I wanted to do.

No to yes anymore. No to tomorrow and in the future, but yes for today! To my dear students, yes to vacation time but no to my failing students- see you again next week.

To my dear co-teachers, keep fighting na ka!
